Tradescantia spp.; spiderwort [Commelinaceae]  Three species of native perennials with linear, grass-like leaves and clusters of blue-to-pink flowers atop 2-3’ stems in spring and early summer.  Flowers 1” wide, three-parted.  Two long, leaf-like bracts below each inflorescence.  Typically found in prairies, meadows and roadsides.  [047]
