Nominations for The Next Lake Leader Crew 9 Are Being Accepted Now through February 13, 2012 Training Leaders to Take Care of Wisconsin's Lakes Every two years we gather nominations and create a new Lake Leader Crew. We are now collecting nominations for our ninth Lake Leader Crew, which will meet for three two-day seminars throughout 2012. We encourage you to nominate yourself, a neighbor, a colleague or anyone you feel would benefit from The Lake Leader Institute training and would in turn use what they learn to care for Wisconsin's lakes. Lake Leader Crews are wonderfully diverse groups of people. From all walks of life and with an amazingly varied set of skills and experiences, Lake Leaders are passionate about all Wisconsin Lakes, not just "their lake." Lake Leaders come from all over the state and represent lake dwellers, private lake professionals, public servants and lake lovers of all stripes and ages.

2012 Crew 9 Schedule:

• Seminar I: May 17-18 at the Pilgrim Center near Green lake WI
• Seminar II: September 20-21 at Kemp Station near Minocqua
• Seminar III: October 18-19 at Devils Head near Baraboo, WiI

The Nomination Process

1. Look over the Lake Leader Institute brochure and other pages that tell more about Lake Leaders to familiarize yourself with the Institute and the investment and commitment the nominee will be asked to make.
2. If you are nominating someone other than yourself, talk to them about why you are nominating them so no one is surprised.
3. Fill in the form below with both your contact information and your nominee's contact information, along with a brief statement on the reason for the nomination.
4. The nomiee will receive a nomination packet in the mail to be completed and returned.
