and then makes other people do his work… that's good managing.

People want you to follow the herd, be just another cow.
There is no such thing as alternative unless you stand up to the fat-ass pricks that try to bring you down. If you can get past this overwhelming blanket effect to bring you to your knees like some crying little whelp then maybe, just maybe you can discover a new way of thinking.
Of course, the easy path is to conform to what is standard and resist the urge to be an individual.
Resisting this I think is the hardest thing in the world to do, but if you can do it without punching someone in the face you are probably off to a damn good start.
For me 90FM is that alternative, it is that new way.
Many other organizations fall to the demands of the people to just stay the same, and in the end they simply fall by the waste side.
90FM isn't like anything else.
After being here a while it will turn into your identity, your life, and change the way you think. Soon you will fall out of common patterns, and become … more.
Once upon a time there was a little boy that lived up on a hill.
The boy had a secret room that he would often play in.
He kept all of his treasure in this room.
Hidden under some refuse was a small box with gold and silver coins.
He was always afraid of showing anyone for fear of what they might say.
One day the boy grew up and moved to California, where he died of an asthma attack.
Moral: If you keep it all hidden away, and are too afraid to show it off you may just die full of regret.
