Destinations!

UWSP offers  more than ten semester long programs and more than twenty short term study tours over the Winter interim and both the Spring and the Summer break. Unless specifically stated, all programs are open to any and all students eligible for admittance into UWSP. The variety of our programs makes it possible to serve most of the students, nationwide, who are interested in studying abroad.

Semester-Long Programs


Fall or Spring Semester (offered both terms)
Direct matriculation programs: with these trips you will go directly to the university abroad and are able to take all classes there for which you are have the prerequisites:

The Semester in Britain: London, is a stand-alone program and a UWSP faculty leader will accompany the group.  The same is true of the London Internship offering.

Krakow, Poland  (Classes in Poland are taught in English, although 4-8 credits of Polish language are offered.  A UWSP faculty leader will accompany the group. )

UWSP's College of Natural Resources (CNR) offers a seven-week environmental seminar to Germany and Poland. This program is run jointly with CNR and International Programs. In general only UWSP students are eligible to participate, but interested people may contact CNR (715-346-2853) for details.

UWSP Continuing Education offers international trips to a variety of destinations. No university affiliation is required. Although typically noncredit, university credit may sometimes be arranged.
