Limited accident insurance is available to participants of camps and clinics held at UWSP who are high school age and younger. The policy provides 24 hour limited coverage for small medical bills resulting from an accident. This is not an illness policy. To obtain insurance, a completed Camps & Clinics Insurance Request Form including brochures must be sent to Safety & Loss Control/George Stien Building at least two weeks before the camp begins. Once the camp/clinic is completed, submit a list of actual participants within 5 days after the event.
