A transcript is a complete history of UW-Stevens Point courses attempted and grades received. The courses are listed in semester order and your semester and cumulative grade point averages (GPA's) are shown after each term. It also shows earned degrees, majors, and minors.  There is a $7.00 charge for each official transcript ordered and a $3.00 charge for each unofficial transcript that is mailed.  There is no charge for unofficial transcripts that are ordered and picked up in Registration and Records.

Current Students

Current students can order official transcripts through myPoint.  The $7.00 fee will be billed directly to your university account.  Unofficial transcripts maybe be ordered in person at the Registration and Records Office.  There is no charge for unofficial transcripts if they are ordered and picked up in Registration and Records.  If you need to have unofficial transcripts mailed to you, you can request them through Credentials at https//www.credentials-inc.com/tplus/?alumtr0003924/.  A credit card is required for this service.  In lieu of an unofficial transcript, currently enrolled students may view their course history online for a term-by-term breakdown of their coursework completed at UWSP.

UW-Stevens Point recently contracted with Credentials Inc. (TranscriptsPlus) to provide expanded transcript ordering and processing services over the internet.  This service provides students that previously attended UWSP with a secure and encrypted means of ordering official transcripts online.  Although a credit card is required to complete this service, non-current students should enjoy the convenience of 24/7 access and the enhanced notification and processing services. Key features of Credentials (TranscriptPlus) service include:

• 24/7 access. Transcript requests can be entered around the clock from the comfort of his/her own PC.
• Faster service. Transcripts can be mailed within one business day of making the request.
• Easy address look-up. A pull-down menu will provide the addresses of many schools.
• Exact addressing. Addresses are entered by the student exactly as he/she wants them to appear. No risk of typographical errors or inability to read a hand-written address.
• Release form online. The required information is entered online instead of mailing in a form.
• Easy checking. 24/7 online tracking of transcript orders is available, if a traceable service was used.  Student's may view the tracking number and if there is a problem in processing an e-mail notification so you can immediately see what the problem is without waiting for mailed notification.
• Exact pricing. The total cost for each order can be paid by a credit card.
• Communication channel. An e-mail is sent to the student each time that there is a status change in the transcript order. From receipt of the order to notice when the transaction is completed, the student is automatically notified each step of the way. This becomes especially important if there are any problems with the order such as holds or encumbrances.
