The University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point is one of five UW System campuses elected to participate in the first year of a broad-based campus climate assessment.

The Campus/Work and Study Climate Survey will be distributed online to all students, faculty and staff at the participating campuses, including the UW Colleges, UW-La Crosse, UW-Milwaukee, UW-Oshkosh and UWSP. The survey will be available to the UWSP campus between April 14 and 25.

The yearlong assessment, led by the national research team of Rankin & Associates (R&A), began in September 2007. The survey template was developed in collaboration with members of a systemwide Climate Working Group, a committee that includes representatives from campuses and UW System administration. 　Each campus had the opportunity to contextualize the template to address the needs and concerns of the campus. The data analysis and institutional reports will be produced by Fall 2008.
