A Valentines Murder Mystery Dinner Party is planned

Step into the 1920s during a Mystery Dinner Party hosted and sponsored by the Conservatory for Creative Expression at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.

Every dinner guest becomes a suspect in a murder set in 1929 when Prohibition was at its height. When one of the four rival gang members celebrates his 40th birthday anything could happen. During the evening of fine foods and drink, participants will receive clues to share with others, in addition to secrets that must be kept private. Guests will be asked to arrive in character but no scripts or acting experience is required.

The dinner will be held on Saturday, Feb. 18, at the Green Fountain Inn of Waupaca from 6:30 to 10:30 p.m. The cost is $35 and space is limited. To register call the UWSP Conservatory for Creative Expression, (800) 898-9472 or (715) 346-3838, or visit the office at 2100 Main St., Stevens Point, in Room 032 of the Old Main Building. For more information or other events, visit www.uwsp.edu/conted.

The Conservatory for Creative Expression is part of the Continuing Education Office, the center of lifelong learning at UWSP. Continuing Education provides affordable, educational and enrichment opportunities in the arts for children and adults throughout central Wisconsin.
