This opportunity is being provided to your students at the very reasonable rate of $20.00 per student, which is less than the cost of the music and the t-shirt. Thanks to the David and Cindy Worth Choral Activities Fund, the remainder of the music costs, all of Dr. Jessop’s expenses (fee, airline ticket, hotel meals, etc.), all study CDs and related expenses, as well as the accompanist fee are covered. Music Department Professors Michael Keller (organ), Raffi Besalyan (piano), Brian Martz (low brass), Brent Turney (trumpet) and others will also perform on the concert.
Please use the UWSP High School Honor Choir registration form to submit your nominations. The choir will be limited to 125 singers and acceptance to the Choir will be based on a first-come, first-served basis
Application Deadline: Nomination forms must be postmarked by Friday, September 11, 2009.
UWSP High School Honor Choir Repertoire:
Dr. Jessop has asked that the students know their music prior to arriving on campus. CDs and pronunciation sheets will be provided to student participants as an aid to their preparation. Music packets will be mailed upon receipt of registration materials. Concert ticket information will be sent with the packets.
