Dr. Jayshree Chander is a Family Practitioner physician

Karla Rothmann is
one of the main coordinators of the Yoga Wellness
Conference. She has been teaching assorted yoga classes at the Stevens
Point Area YMCA for 2+ years. Her certification comes through NETA
(National Exercise Trainers Association). She continues to be an avid
student of yoga. |

Marisha
Platner is a part of Blooming Lotus: A Center for Health and Healing, has been teaching
yoga since 1997, and received her teacher certification in Ananda Yoga
in 2004. She has been influenced by many teachers from a variety
of traditions including Ashtanga, Iyengar, Kripalu and Viniyoga.
Her style of teaching
incorporates gentle, clear guidance while encouraging students to listen
to their own inner wisdom. Marisha draws from thirty years
as a practitioner of yoga and is very attuned to adapting classes to
meet the specific needs of the students. Yoga classes she has
offered include Prenatal, Meditation & Gentle. Marisha is a
Certified Massage Therapist and Reiki practitioner with a practice in |

Maureen Houlihan, owner of
Gentle Spirit Yoga in Stevens Point, WI,
is a certified Kripalu Yoga Teacher, member of the Registered
Yoga Teachers Alliance, Certified Infant Massage Instructor and Reiki
Master. She has a Master's
degree in Education with specialization in Early Childhood-Exceptional
Educational Needs. Maureen
teaches regular and specialty yoga classes, including Prenatal Yoga,
Yoga for Performers, Chair Yoga for Seniors, and Yoga for Depression and
Grief. She also teaches
courses in Stress Management,
Meditation and
Yoga at the University
of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.

Susan Twiggs holds

Pat Reckrey is the author of numerous published poetry
books. In her lifetime, she has
been a Catholic nun of 15 years and a School Counselor and Teacher, and
mother of adopted children with disabilities in addition to two natural
born children. Recently she went

Marguerite Ramlow, Artha Sustainable

Marguerite is co-owner of Artha Sustainable Living Center LLC and
Artha Yoga Studios. She has been studying yoga for over 30
years and began teaching in 1999. She offers yoga classes,
workshops and retreats. Marguerite has been an avid gardener and
herbalist for over 25 years. She has been a speaker and keynote speaker
for various events, speaking on yoga, the art of breathing, living in
harmony, sustainable living, herbs and their many uses, gardening and
harvesting. Marguerite is a practitioner and educator on the art of
walking lightly on the earth. She is a founding member of the Midwest
Renewable Energy Association, and served as the organizations financial
officer for more than 6 years. |
