I've fallen behind on my blogging lately. We've settled into a regular living pattern now, so not much new has happened. Judith and Felix stayed in Munich until Wednesday, then went home to Nussdorf. On Sunday the group toured the National Opera House. The tour was in German, so we didn't understand much. It was like, "Blah, blah, blah, Wagner, blah, blah, blah, Strauss, etc." But the building was cool.
Last weekend I found a flea market at the Olympic Stadium. Zach and John went there Saturday, and found a scooter for Tom. It was very exciting. The students are very excited, and a bit nervous, about the home-stays, which begin on Friday.
We had tea the other night with the Schairers. Herr Schairer is the Director of a German high school, and helps to arrange the home stays. It was a very nice evening.
Today Linda and Carl Garski arrived for a short visit. Linda is one of the main people at UWSP's International Programs Department.
