Information Technology Work Orders

Directions

In order to submit a request you will need to do the following:

  1. Select what type of work order you would like to enter, by clicking on one of the following links. (i.e. Faculty/Staff/Office, Computer Lab, or Software Deployment for Multiple Computers)  If you are not sure what type of work order you should enter visit the main work order page and read the detailed descriptions of each type of work order.  If you are prompted to login use your full UWSP username and password.

    NOTE: The work order system is only available from computers connected to the UWSP network.   
  2. Click "New Request" on the top bar.

  3. Fill out the form the best you can, with as much information as you can. (Red items are required).

    1. For the contact information, enter the information of the person responsible for managing and receiving all communication regarding this work order.

    2. For the "Work Location" field, edit the field if the data does NOT reflect where the work is being preformed.

  4. Click "Save" at the top or bottom of the page to finish.

  5. You can then view the request you entered clicking "My Requests" from the drop down box on the left side.

  6. You can also view requests those in your department made by clicking on "Department Requests" from the drop down box on the left side.
