Computer Drivers
These instructions tell you how to check the status of your
drivers and how to update/install them.
- Go to the start menu and select Control Panel.
- In the control panel select System.

- Go to the Hardware tab.

- Click on the Device Manager button.
- Look for any item with a red circle and a slash or yellow
exclamation mark next to them. If you see either of these things
you need to install or reinstall that driver. If you are not
getting a connection to the campus network, you may need to
reinstall your network drivers. Click the plus sign next to
"Network adapters".
Double click that item to bring up more information about it.

- Click on the Driver tab.

- Driver Update, Rollback and Uninstall.
- Update: Used when you have a driver downloaded
and you want to update.
- Rollback: Used when you need to revert to a previous
driver.
- Uninstall: This is to uninstall and reinstall a
driver.
