Safe Mode

Safe Mode will allow you to remove some viruses and spyware/adware that can't be removed in Normal mode.

  1. When your computer starts up, press F8 continuously until you come up to the screen below.

  2. Select the first selection of Safe Mode then press enter.
  3. Log in under your user profile.

  4. Click on Yes. Then you will be in Safe Mode. To get out of Safe mode, just restart your computer without pressing a button on startup.
