Who you are is an extension of how you feel about yourself body, mind, and
spirit. Articulating your self-doubts and fears, strengths and challenges
to take a realistic look at yourself is healthy....obsessing about your
perceived flaws, is not. Keep what is working for you and change whatever
doesn't give you the satisfaction you want. You
have some choices, power, and control. Take the initiative to develop a
positive self concept. You're worth the effort.....but it does take
effort. Nothing really good happens by accident....point yourself in the
direction you want to go and then take positive steps to learn and grow.
