The Trip Ticket

On the outside of your blue vehicle packet you will find your Trip Ticket. Drivers are responsible for the completion of the trip ticket and must include the following information when returning the packet:

• Beginning and ending mileage
• Total trip miles (Click here to find out round trip mileages from Stevens Point)
• Number of people on the trip
• Purpose of trip
• Signature of driver
• Please note any problems or vehicle defects on the trip ticket so that we can service the vehicle.
