Course Description
Interactions between language disorders and learning
disabilities, hearing impairment, autism, brain damage,
emotional/behavioral problems, and physical handicaps will be
explored. In addition, augmentative and alternative
communication (AAC) will be addressed. The intended audience
for this course is Special Education teachers and Speech Language
Pathologists.
Pre-Class Assignment: There is a reading assignment due on the first day of class. This assignment will be available via Desire2Learn (D2L) in early January. You will receive an email via your UWSP email address notifying you when you can access the assignment.
