Objective
To educate individuals on more advanced interpersonal skills. Participants learn key interview skills to draw information out of others along with developing empathy and other skills to develop stronger rapport with co-workers.

  2. How to use empathy as a powerful tool in interpersonal skills
  3. Role playing on how to use interpersonal and interview skills
  4. Ways to defuse conflict and create win-win conversations
  5. Video taping conversations to find strengths and weaknesses in your interpersonal skills
