Location, Parking, and Directions

Symposium Location and Parking:
The Best Practices in Physical Education and Health will take place in the Health Enhancement Center (Number 5 on the campus map). Registration will begin at 8:00 AM on July 26 and 7:00 AM on July 27. Parking will be available in Lot P. Click here to view a UWSP campus map.

Directions:

From North or South - Take Interstate 39 to Exit 161 (Business 51). Turn Left on Maria Drive, and then Turn Right Isadore. Park in Lot P

If you are coming from the east or west, using Hwy 10, please note the following changes:

  • US 10 longer runs through Stevens Point west of I-39; the road there is now called WIS 66.
  • Old US 10 west has become County Road HH between WIS 66 and WIS 34 north.
  • County Road P is now WIS 66 from Stevens Point to WIS 34 near Wisconsin Rapids.
  • With the re-routing of WIS 66 onto I-39 between WIS66 and US 10, Stanley Street and Michigan Avenue have lost their WIS 66 designation and have become local streets.

From West - Take Hwy 10 East to County Hwy HH (former US Hwy 10 East ) to Stevens Point. The road intersects with Wis. Hwy 66 and proceed through Stevens Point. Turn Left on Division St/Business 51. Turn Right on Fourth Avenue, and then Left on Isadore St. Park in Lot P.

From East - Hwy 66 (formerly US 10) West through Stevens Point. Turn Right on Division St/Business 51. Turn Right on Fourth Avenue, and then Left on Isadore St. Park in Lot P.
