The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, as the result of a grant from the Wisconsin Environmental Education Board, produced a series of documents that correlated the nationally available Project Learning Tree (PLT) curriculum with the Wisconsin Model Academic Standards for environmental education, English/language arts, math, science, and social studies.

The links below provide templates (blank correlation grids) which you may use to correlate your own activities, lessons, and/or curricula with the model academic standards.

If you use these templates, please consider submitting a copy of your completed grid to the Wisconsin Environmental Education Board (email WEEB). We may post it under the "correlations" section of this website. The correlations to PLT are posted there.
