Wisconsin Public Service SolarWise® for Schools
Program

SolarWise for Schools works by installing solar-electric
systems on public and private high schools where
Wisconsin Public Service provides electricity. The
school benefits from a source of free, renewable
electricity. At the same time each participating school
reduces its fossil fuel consumption and air emissions,
measurably improving the environment. One goal of the
SolarWise program is to install a solar-electric system
on the roof of every high school in the WPS service
area.
