Registration Form: Word or PDF Tuition: The tuition and internet fees for this course are $526.23*. Scholarships for $426.23 are available to practicing K-12 teachers from Wisconsin schools. Participants pay just $100. A $100 tuition payment must be submitted with your
completed registration form. (This equals
full payment to scholarship awardees.)
