Beaver Creek Reserve

Beaver Creek offers many nature study opportunities including forestry, wildlife biology, stream ecology, etc. The staff is very capable and enthusiastic and naturalists are on hand to share their expertise on topics related to environmental science. Includes a nature center, butterfly house, observatory, citizen science center, and charter science research school. Encompasses 360 acres of diverse habitat including upland woods, river bottom forests, wetlands, and savannah areas. BCR is bordered by the Eau Claire River, and two small trout streams run though the property.
