In a hands-on activity, students simulate a food chain of the Great Lakes by feeding and examining the levels of chemical compound accumulation as PCBs and methyl mercury move through the chain. Activity adapted from the Project Wild activity "Deadly Links" by Steve Krings of Southwest HS in Green Bay and then modified by Pat Gain.
