Distribution of biodiversity - Hotspots

A brief overview of the biodiversity hotspots.

Biodiversity Hotspot Project (activity)

Activity (MS Word)
Students research a biodiversity hotspot on the Internet in teams of two and create a PowerPoint presentation to teach the class about their hotspot. Each team writes four questions about their presentation (in advance) and submits them to the teacher who creates a worksheet with all the questions. Students in the audience answer the questions as they listen to one another and also have a study guide for the Hotspot quiz.
