This presentation provides a brief overview of glaciation in Wisconsin and includes photographs of various features around Pike Lake State Park, in Hartford, and the surrounding area. Vocabulary terms are defined and references to other glacial features of the state are discussed. Please modify as needed. Note: The photos of the drumlin and ice walled lake plateau were not verified, they were included based on best judgment.
