Each team is eligible to receive up to $4,800 in travel support. The cost of food, lodging and airport shuttle will be covered by NEEAP up front and deducted from the $4,800 available to teams. Whatever is left over can be utilized towards your airfare and other travel expenses. There will be no cost to participants for registration. Incidentals (phone calls, room service, etc) will be the responsibility of the individual. Any costs over the $1200/person provided will be the responsibility of individuals and teams attending. On the other hand, if your team can economize and budget for more than four people to attend, we can accommodate expanded teams. If your team wishes to supplement the cost of travel and bring additional key team members, we can accommodate your needs. Please register all new participants as soon as possible.

  • Lodging and food (Wednesday evening through Sunday morning)

  • Single = $458.00 per person

  • Double = $348.00 per person

  • Transportation to/from the Omaha airport = $32 (roundtrip). This amount per person will be charged to the hotel, will be billed to NEEAP and deducted from your total.
