To View Current Reservations
The reservation schedule is maintained in an Outlook Calendar and can be viewed by on-campus users in the following manner:
- Switch to Calendar view
- Click the drop-down arrow next to the Open Calendar icon at the top
- Choose From Room List
- Select TNR 322 - Advanced Computer Lab
- Click Ok
To Reserve the ACL for a Class
Please email the date(s), time(s) and class number to the
ACL Director.
Availability for Workshops
The ACL is available for use by UW or outside parties for
workshops. In either case, the
fee schedule is specified in the Policies Manual. Because classes
will always take priority over workshops during semesters, the best time
to plan a workshop is during Winter, Spring or Summer Breaks.
