Blood Drive Coordinator
- Coordinate and plan two blood drives per semester.
- Create and execute campus-wide promotion and marketing plans for blood drives in cooperation with the SIEO promotions team.
- Recruit, coordinate, and supervise volunteers for the planning, promotion, and production of blood drives.

Graphic Designer
- Responsible for planning, development, design, and production of various print mediums (newsletters, flyers, brochures, booklets, Guidepoint, posters, etc.)
- Requires an extensive understanding of design theory, layout principles and professional quality material development.
- Be knowledgeable of the Power Macintosh computer, peripheral devices, and various software packages, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

Marketing and Promotions Coordinator
- Produce table tents, STV advertisements, and Axis TV advertisements on a weekly basis.
- Utilize social, campus, and community media outlets to publicize events and services.
- Create SIEO displays for campus events such as Campus Preview Days, Transfer Orientation, Involvement Fair, and the Job Fair.

Service Trip Coordinator
- Research and recommend destinations for trips and organize itineraries.
- Coordinate transportation, lodging, meals, and service projects for service trips.
- Recruit volunteers through passive and active promotion, including classroom presentations.

Special Events and Volunteer Coordinator
- Work in conjunction with community agencies and students to identify the community needs that will serve as the basis for creating volunteer opportunities for UWSP.
- Organize, promote, implement, and staff at least one volunteer event per month.
- Create volunteer program promotion for and attend: Involvement and Volunteer Fairs, Labor of Love, Orientation, and other campus-wide events.

Student Assistant
- Provide excellent customer service to all that come in contact with SIEO including students, employers, organization members, etc.
- Responsible for cleaning, organizing, opening, closing and securing the office.
- Become knowledgeable of involvement and employment functions of the office (LEAD Dinners, Involvement Fair, Student Employment Week, etc.)

Student Manager
- Be a liaison between full time staff and student staff, and serve as a resource for the student staff.
- Interview, select, and evaluate all student assistant staff within the SIEO (approx. 8 students).
- Responsible for scheduling regular office hours for Student Assistants as well as special events (fairs, re-recognition, etc.), maintaining a record of hours and approving timecards.
- Schedule and lead regular SIEO staff meetings, including staff development activities.
