Outdoor EdVentures and Rentals is supported by student fees, therefore student rental rates are less than non-student rates. A current student ID is required for student rates. UWSP staff pay a non-student rate as well as community. Group rates can be negotiated with the Student Manager.

The customer will be charged for equipment that is lost or damaged beyond reasonable wear, or stolen while checked out by them.

Reservations need to be made in person at the Outdoor Edventures shop (Rm 002 Lower Level Allen Center). Funds will be collected at this time, too.

A late fee will be assessed up to a period of five working days. The customer will be charged for the replacement cost of the equipment that is more than six working days late.

A $5.00 cleaning fee per item may be charged for any equipment that is not returned in clean condition.

The customer shall receive a 100% refund on rental equipment cancellations received with at least four days notice, a 50% refund up to 48 hours prior to checkout, and will forfeit rental fees with less than 48 hours notice.

All equipment must be returned to a staff person during business hours. Any equipment not returned to a staff member will be the sole responsibility of the customer, not Outdoor EdVentures and Rentals.

Non-students under 18 cannot rent equipment or participate in Outdoor EdVentures trips or mini-courses.
