BIO

I'm an Emeritus Professor who retired in May, 2008 after 32 years at UWSP in the School of Business and Economics. I've been called back to teach the Bus 340 (Business Law) and Bus 342 (International Business Law) courses. (I developed the International Business Law course in 2006.)

I still really enjoy teaching and interacting with my students. My research interests include business and commercial law and fishing on Lake DuBay.

I know a bit about university politics because I twice served as Chair of the Division of Business and Economics--once in the mid-1980s and again in the early 1990s.
