Site Changed for Oct. 31 Soccer Match
The women's soccer match between UW-Stevens Point and Gustavus Adolphus
scheduled for Sun., Oct. 31 has been moved to the Ice Hawks Arena field
complex on Badger Avenue, due to poor field conditions at the Pointer
Soccer Bowl on campus.
The Pointers and Gusties are
scheduled to play at 2 p.m. in the regular season finale for both teams.
The field is located next to Ice Hawks Arena, which is the home facility
for the UW-Stevens Point women's hockey team. (click

Soccer Bowl is in poor shape after Saturday's match against UW-River Falls
was played in rainy conditions. With more rain in the forecast this
weekend, Sunday's match is being moved to allow the field to be in
playable condition for next weekend's Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic
Conference tournament. |
