Lewis and
Mosher Lead Pointers at Oshkosh Invite
Susie Lewis and Sarah
Mosher both posted top 10 individual finishes as the UW-Stevens Point
women's golf team placed fourth of 10 teams at the UW-Oshkosh
Invitational over the weekend.
Lewis shot an 82 on
Saturday and an 88 on Sunday to place seventh overall with a 170. Mosher
had an 87 on Saturday and followed with an 84 the second day for a 171
total and eighth place performance.
Courtney Timblin was 17th
overall with a 170 total and Katie Kautz was 29th with a two-day score
of 194.
The Pointers totaled 713
as a team with UW-Oshkosh winning the team title with a 669 score.
UW-Eau Claire was second at 681 and UW-Whitewater was third at 702.
UW-Stevens Point plays
next weekend at the Illinois Wesleyan Invitational in Bloomington, Ill.
