Lewis and
Mosher Earn All-WIAC Golf Honors
UW-Stevens Point junior Susie Lewis earned her
second straight first-team all-conference honor as one of five players
named to the All-Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference women�s
golf team.
In addition, sophomore Sarah Mosher was one of
five players named to the honorable mention squad.
Lewis, a Crystal Lake, Ill. native, led the
Pointers with an 81.8 stroke average in their 10 fall meets. She matched
her own single-round school record with a 73 at the Illinois Wesleyan
Invitational on Sept. 18. Lewis placed fifth at the WIAC championship
meet.
Mosher, an Evansville native, ranked second on
the team with an 84.5 average. She placed 17th at the WIAC championships
as the Pointers finished fourth in the team standings. |
