Enrollment Cap, Polices & Data
Those students with an overall GPA under 3.00 are at greatest risk of being denied from the Professional Education Program.
It is important for students to get the enrollment cap policy from
this website or from their major/minor departments as soon as they know
they want to teach.
Below you will find:
- Chart with the average overall GPA of those students admitted By Major Program Area and the corresponding number of denied students per semester. (Keep in mind that not every major uses GPA alone to decide who gets into the program.)
- Make sure to click on your major below and check the
additional criteria and enrollment cap policy for applying in your
specific major/minor.
