Public Programs and Special Events at Schmeeckle Reserve

Free hands-on nature and history programs are offered from September to May at Schmeeckle Reserve.

Everyone is welcome to attend! Hikes, talks, and workshops are geared toward a wide audience: residents, families, students, and community groups. Activities and demonstrations provide an interactive and educational experience.

Programs are presented by College of Natural Resources students majoring in environmental education and interpretation.
