The University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point won all nine matches in straight sets Friday to sweep a Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference match 9-0 from UW-Stout at the Multi-Activity Center.

Jen Derse and Heather Janssen had easiest wins for the Pointers, each dropping just two games. Anne Hildebrandt and Aimee Strebig only lost four games apiece. Violet Adams also claimed a win at No. 1 singles and Laura Henn won at No. 6 singles.

The Pointers are now 3-1 overall and 1-1 in the WIAC. They will host UW-River Falls Saturday at 10 a.m. in a WIAC match.
