UW-Stevens Point Selling Final Four Tickets Tuesday; Fan Bus Planned

     Tickets for this weekend�s NCAA Division III women�s basketball Final Four in Terre Haute, Ind. will go on sale Tuesday at 10 a.m. at the UW-Stevens Point Arts and Athletics Ticket Office.

     The tickets are $10 for one day or $20 for an all-session pass. The Pointers open semifinal play Friday at 5 p.m. Central time against Marymount (Va.). DePauw (Ind.) and St. Lawrence (N.Y.) will meet in the second game. All teams will be guaranteed two games, since a third place game will be played at 4:30 p.m. Central time on Saturday before the 7 p.m. championship game.

     UW-Stevens Point has been sent 250 tickets for the event in the 2,000 seat Hulbert Arena. Tickets can also be obtained through www.ticketmaster.com or by calling 812-234-2424. All tickets are general admission.

     The university will also have a fan bus traveling to Terre Haute for the games. The bus will leave at 7:30 a.m. on Friday and return on Sunday. Tickets are $68 per person or $48 for UW-Stevens Point students. The package includes an all-session game ticket as well as transportation. Lodging is not included in the bus package.      Both UW-Stevens Point games can be heard on the radio as WWSP 89.9 FM, WSPT 97.9 FM, WSPT 1010 AM and WIZD 99.9 FM will all provide live coverage.
