WIAC Baseball Tournament Postponed
The Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic
Conference baseball tournament schedule has been revised with four games scheduled
for Saturday, May 15 and a possible three games on Sunday, May 16 after
Friday's games were postponed due to rain.
UW-Stevens Point and
UW-Oshkosh will play their first round game on Saturday at 1 p.m. at Prucha
Field on the UW-Whitewater campus. UW-La Crosse and UW-Whitewater will open
the tournament at 10 a.m. The first round winners will play at 4 p.m. at
Prucha Field, while the first round losers will play an elimination game at
7 p.m. in Jefferson.
Sunday's games will be played
at Prucha Field, starting with an elimination game at 10 a.m. and the
championship game slated for 1 p.m. A possible second championship game will
follow at 4 p.m. if necessary.
